first of all, its a suprise you havent been banned, your name, against the rules, your occupation perverted and pretty much against the rules, your location... aginst the rules still, your attitude, and you trying as hard as you can to post the closest thing to porn without getting banned. apples= macs

The solution is simple my friend:-)

First, you upload and host the image/animated gif to image hosting company like www.imageshack.us then after hosting it you copy the whole URL address for the direct link. Go to your profile then paste the URL address to the space provided for Upload avatar from URL then click submit and there you have it.
