Map 4, Where is the Tauren

I apologise if I post this in the wrong forum but I can’t seem to read the topics in the official forum. As the title mentions I have trouble completing the side quest where you need to find a Tauren chieftain’s brother, could anyone tell me his location, and possibly also point out why I can’t see the threads on the official forum.

Can't you contact Oz02 about the second problem please? And as for the first one, I'd use an iseedeadpeople and look close. I think you have to go in the left side and walk through a cave or something like that. Don't remember very well though.
