Oh my God, this guy's persuasion to defend his skin from being massacred from comments, is outrageous...
The author of this skin obviously does NOT know that the skins section is not a place for newbies to start practicing. It is a place to upload finished work, and for people to DOWNLOAD AND USE! Oh my word, this skin that TrollXul has done is NOT finished and NOT quality work!
Let me give you guys a little summary on what should be uploaded and what should not.

SITE RULES ON SUBMITTING WARCRAFT III SKINS
It is not allowed to post skin of models which are:

* Copy and Paste that looks bad and is easily noticed.
* Stolen skins, without evidence that the author is letting you upload his/her skin.
* Bad paint attempts
* Skins without a propper shading
* Poorly recolored skins
* Already existent WAR3 skins

Those skins will be deleted by the skin section moderators.

Those of you idiots who did not read that, maybe now you will now that your crap should be deleted.
TrollXul, and Polar_Bear's skins should be removed from the skins downloads, as it is not only the most horrid outrageous, grotesque, deformed, despised, crap ever, they definetly disobeys and betrays the wc3sear.ch submission rules.

Not only are these people's skins horrible and defy the rules, they have also been defended by the most insignificant, and encouraging comments by our site's anti-troll newbies...

Despite my flame on that skin, these new people have rated this piece of crap a 3/5, encouraging the person's ability to flood the site even more. They also did not point out the fact that Polar_Bear's Medivh skin is a worthless piece of crap and does not even deserve a 1/5.

My guess of a solution:
Warn every single person who submits a resource that disobeys the site rules to prevent further actions of submitting horrible shit...
And Like Konblade did with one of Pimped_Homie's skin, give the author time to improve his/her resource, then delete the resource if the author refuses to update any features of it...
This is my ONLY solution since Darky28 is gone...=.=

Depending on the severity of the rule boken, they do get warned. Mainly regarding stuff like pornographic skins and such. It seems silly to threaten someone with a ban just because they're unskilled. But yes, it is for finished works and half-@$$ed WIPs will be removed.

Do the same steps with Ex-Angel's DBZ skin, and Nabzo's recolor as well!
