Go to Graph Editors menu and select Track View - Dope Sheet. In the Track View - Dope Sheet window select Objects from the tree on the left. Open Tracks -> Note Track -> Add, select Notes in the tree under Objects. Add a key a first frame and on the last frame of desired animation and write in the two notes the name of the animation in quotes ("") eg. "Stand" . Add if you need to make in a single animation type under the name of the animation "non-looping".
