I want to put an image to my signature ... how i proceed... and the image size have to bee an exact size?!

It can be no bigger then the one specified in the rules, but can be smaller if you want. Just attach it between these two tags in your sig box "". If its an image on your hard drive, you will need to find an image hosting site to host it first.
