If the answer isn't good enough for you, you need to learn more about what you're doing. Stop asking the same stupid question over and over in different threads, it just clutters up the forum.
Alright? Fine. I'll TRY to explain, using small words.
JopsAt first u need the pic u want to use,then u need the tool "Irfanview".Then open the pic with Irfanview ,after this u have to change the size of the pic in 256 x 256 pixels or 128 x 128.Then save the pic as TGA.At next u have to open ur wc3 editor and import the TGA image with the import manager,then use following path for the image war3mappreview.tga.

What he's saying is you need a program called "Irfanview" Use Irfanview to open the picture, resize the picture to 128x128 pixels or 256x256 pixels, then save the picture as a TGA file. Then, you use the Editor and import the new TGA file you just made with Irfanview, using the Import Manager. Name the imported file "war3mappreview.tga"
Wow, that was almost the exact same wording as the quote. Sorry, can't really get any more specific than that.
To answer your question about what pixels are, why don't you LOOK IT UP?!

WHERE do i go to get to resize the pixels?????????? thats what ive been wanting the whole time and ive wasted a weekend looking for the answer! geez...#4
Press CTRL+R the change Preserve Aspect ratio if off (this applies to infranview) and its 128x128 not 256x 256 you get a white screen if you do.
