Can Heros Replace Their Skills Separatly.

In my map, i want it to where a hero can buy a new spell and replace it with any spell they want except their ultimate. I have no clue how to do this. Please help!

I did this thing once too, u make custom items called like wind walk, when i unit buys an item u should ge the ability, like this.

event:when unit sells a unit.
condition:item type comparisation.
action:add ability to unit.
