what to do... I dont know what to do...
i have two skins here...freehand as allways...
but I did it in 512x512,when i reduce to 256 its realy bland...loses a whole lot of details...

Its normal that if u change the image size large/small you lose details... leave it in 512x512

the better the program is you use, the better the shrinked version looks. I am using paint shop pro 7 and it never gave me that bad results when shrinking images. 512² to 256² shouldn't be such a problem, try using another program..
