What program does people use to convert a graphic *to* BLP ?

I thought it could use the wc3 image extractor, but it doesn't seem to be able to load bmps?

well it can't load bmps, it loads TARGA's, the image extractor can load a targa and save it as a blp.

Oops, it only saves bmps - whadda ya know.

Use Wc3 Viewer
It converts .tga, .jpeg or .bmp to .BLP sucessfully and I guarantee that it will the .blp will work in the game as it can also add a opaque alpha channel for you if the image you are conerting is less than 32bits.
