Can't model but I might be able to throw a fine skin together, is there a resolution requirement on skins?

Is there a particular method of putting the image skin together that needs to be done?

I know in SimS Skins I've done I've had to carefully paint in specific areas of a square to have the new clothing look right when it was applied.

I do want some better dragons myself...
