#3.I think u cant have more then 1 clif type ... like the tileset
#4.In object editor , clik on the Footman for example , and scrool down until u find : Art-Scaling Value 1.00 .And double-click on the option and u can modify to what scale u want.
#5.Same as the Footman , choose Archer in object editor , and scroll down until u find: Combat-Attack1- Projectile Art , and double click on it and modify the missile to what u wish.

#1: If you have a region, you can set a special weather type to that region. For doing this make a region, go to its properties, check the "weather effect" checkbox and select the weathereffect you want to have.

The rest is already answered by excite. And that questions; 4,5 and 6 are a bit stupid, you should check out the stats that you can change before this type of questions. That's why WE says "World Editor is a powerful tool that can manipulate almost everything...".
@Rui: I think there are no stupid questions, at least concerning the world editor. You need to really spend an awful lot of time until you know where to find specific settings (i.e. skaling units and graphical issues).
For example it took me more than an hour to find player settings and alliances and the "[ ] Fixed Player Properties" checkbox xD
Well I learned everything very fast and i am not very intelligent. Maybe i'm being too hard? Of couse I liked it Excite The new map of Blizzard (Halloween) contains some names with colors, but only 3 or 4...
