Warcraft 3 - In-Game Voices?

I wonder, what and how do they make the
different voices in the game?
I am most interested in the "Metamorphosis",
the Avatar Illidan makes.
How do they get his voice?

you want the sound clip of the demonic Illidan?I don't really know, but I think that's a great question to ask

my mate has some software that dus stuff like that

its just increasing the bass and stuff like that

why dont u just make ur own sounds for units with a microphone?

LOL, well recording your voice is not the problem, its finding filters which change the vocals to make your voice sound different thats the problem. I'm sure programs like that are not cheap.
