I need help with removing a weapon!!!

I have this awesome King Tyranus model from WC2!!! But it has a really dull blade. I'm trying desperatly to remove thbis weapon and replace with a better one.

(The weapon is not attached to him using a trigger!!!)

i may be able to help... or you can get oink... tools.
