I am currently in progress on a new map and i would like to add a picture which u can see on the screen. i want to make a ghost train or/and a roller coaster, so i want if u drive in a "tunnel" that u see a black screen, then a picture with a sound again black screen and then another picture with sound (on the picture is a skeleton,witch,etc.) just like a ghost trip. how cn i make these pictures on the screen?
well sounds to me like u need to make a picture slide show type of effect... one of the simplest ways i would think of is if u can model in 3dsmax.. make a flat model square then convert your oictures to tga skins for that model then use the blizzard art tools to export it as a wc3 model. then wala u got a model of the picture u want . then u can place the model in game and adjust the camera in a way that makes it look good then use trigers to quickly animate ur slide show ( would require u to make a model for each of the pictures and a triger to animate them all in game simply by replacing eachother in sequence, that is the easy way in my opinion
sounds good, thx for the tip, but i havent any model programs . maybe u could make some scary pictures for me (for example: an skellet on a black backround, or something like that) it would be grade if u could do this for me. if u want u could also help me more on my map i could need some help...
