How can i change the minimap in the map loading screen. Also, what are the conditions for this little picture?

You have to create a tga file (32 bpp) with size 128x128.
Then you rename it to War3MapPreview.tga and put it into your map archive.

Also don't forget to uncheck Hide minmap in preview screen in the Scenario properties.

The correct capitalization is war3mapPreview.tga

It's case sensitive.

It would be better if .blp custom preview images were allowed because .tga are bigger than .blp...

Well it can also be 128 x 128 pixles.
