I would like to make some skins. I have not downloaded any thing to use to make skins. Where can i get downloades to make skins and what folder would i save the download on? The sticky gave me no answers. so plz help me.

Do you have an art program that can save files to .tga? If so, then all you need is either war3viewer or the .blp tools in the tools section (for .tga to .blp conversion) and you are set. War3viewer is best because you can look at the skin easier during work. If you dont have an art program, dont ask for one here.
