How can I create a skin with Paint Shop for a unit with a new changed of that units skin.

Try reading a tutorial at Warcraft 3 Campaigns.

Well that tutorial was really old and I saw it once a few months ago (before wc3campaigns took that bad look).
Its possible it had been deleted but since you need help and I can't refuse, I'll do a skinning tutorial. Don't worry I have paint shop pro as well so you should find it A - Okay. I'll also do screenshots so please expect a few couple of days Thank you. The skinning tutorial will be designed from Paint Shop Pro with screenshots and good detail.
