HOW DO I INSTALL MY PLUGINS FOR GMAX?

HOW DO I INSTALL MY PLUGINS FOR GMAX?

I just got Gmax and the imports/exports do not have any link with the wc3 models. I tried using the the file converter from this site but still it was missing the import/export file. So I downloaded some plugins that would allow me to import/export more files but I dont know how to use the plugins. Is there a program that u use to detect and attach the plugins? Cuase if there is I cant find it. So I need help getting these plugins detected and attached/ installed. PLZ HELP ME!!
