Shadowflare MPQAPI library

where i can find the Shadowflare MPQAPI library????
i need it since i intend to release a program for wc but i need the lib for mpq's and maps, it will be programmed with Borland Turbo Pascal 7.0

Try asking Magos, Zepir or other MPQ applications programmers on this site.
BTW: Try coding in C++ or Turbo C++, it's MUCH MUCH easier
