For Mortal Kombat spells i have posted as spells needed! The Star Wars ones i need would be... 1. a saber shield were the lightsaber flies around the user and hurts enemies. I tried using a immolation with a mana shield bc i want it like them both but it didnt work 2. A saber throw were they can control were it goes but it drains mana like they throw it and its kinda like a unit but they cant move. ... and maybe more prob not though thx to who ever can do these for me.
Custom spells like this require mod editing. It is alot of effort (unless you're expert at it) and chances are the only way you're ever going to get what you want it to find an expert and personally speak with him or learn it yourself. AS far as doing the 1st one through the map editor itself, make sure you're changing the "Art - Target" or something along those lines. It may even include the word "caster", but anyway, if that doesn't work, try it through special art by choosing mana burn <target> (or <caster>). It'll then ask where you want it to appear. Type in "origin". This should work. Sorry im too lazy to go into editor right now and get all the right variable names lol
