No. If you are asking how to import custom sounds or voices into the game and replace the original wc3 voices for the imported ones, I don't think so. First of all you must have a micro.... of course... or no sounds.-Rui

no i mean something that will make the unit say what i recorded when he is selected.#4
that can be done with the we if you have the sound file.
