Why you don't get responses is beocuse no one (yet) wants to make you requested thing. No one is supposed to write "I won't make it." every time you found a request that you don't want do make. Just think if every modeler on this site would write this at all model requests. The topic would be full of replies all telling exactly the same thing and that is very unnecessary. People only responds if they find the request interesting. Else they just take a look into it and then leaves. That is why you don't get response (and every one else).
