I need help with WE No limits

I downloaded it and used it and nothin happened. I hav the version is needs and I had the W.E runnin. Its seems i ant the only one and nobady replies to me when i comment in wenolimits tool section. PLZ help and get me one that works or show me what i hyav to do.

Have you followed all the instructions that comes with it? If I remember right you must not have WE running when you open WEU.

It never came with instructions and I tell ya it was runnin right through from me starting making a new, map and me closing it in disgust.
