Help with my Avatar!

I can't seem to find a good image that i could use for my avatar that is the right file type. It's always in .BMP format. Is there anyway I can convert my images into the right format so I can use for my Profile?

Man! Even mspaint can do it! use 'save as..'

For better result, use e.g. IrfanView...

Well now he knows -.-'.
Btw man just use some tool that allows you to convert a type of file to many other types. Through I don't think that all files can be converted to .JPG .
