When I tried to download a map from the maps section, my computer said that it was completed... but the truth is that the download was not even halfway there ... so I have to download it over and over... It's not a big problem.. but I can't leave my PC or else I'll lose some phone bill(That's right I'm still using the dial up connection) Any suggestions?
If it downloads only halfway, delete the file off your computer and try again. Being you are on dial-up, some providers have a download file size limit. Unfortunatly you need to have patience with dial-up, unless you plan on only downloading small file-sized maps.
p.s. your phone bill should not reflect how much traffic goes throuh your lines, since internet doesnt register as long-distance if your provider is not too far away. If it does, you got one screwed up provider. -VGsatomi
