Hero Maximum Level

I know how to change the hero maximum level, but I've heard that when I do, it makes it harder for the hero to gain experience, or something like that. What do I change in the Gameplay Constants to make the hero level up somewhat normally if the maximum level cap is 150?

When I say normally, I mean it shouldn't take 5 days to get to level 30.

In that case you can change the experience gain rate via triggers or alter the experience table in the game constants (also in the hero exp area).
