Problems With Models

Whenever I import a model and try to place it on a map there is always this gray line going through it and it connects with units... I edited the model so is that the
problem or is it something else that I need to do please reply asap

Is it doing it with all models? Could just be a faulty geomerge. (i.e. They show up fine in wc3viewer but in game there are verticles spread out everywhere in a ugly mess.)
