Im not jass pro but i know some usefull functions. But i know ther isn't any function in GUI that let me switch between units attack index (1 and 2).

Is there any way to changes units attack index with jass?

The only way I can think of is by using the orb's ability of enabling/disabling an attack.

or grab tree, but it's some more harder to handle
