My Inu Yasha skin

For the past month I been working on a Inu Yasha map and recently decided to make Inuyasha have a "full demon form" So, I edited the Illidan model and here's what i got so far.

What you think of it so far? I made it with MSPaint.

Tried downloading that, but cant get it to turn on, keep getting some error.

For Gimp for Windows you also have to download the GTK runtimes.
