Hey I have a melee version of the ability that lets you shoot arrows with a magical effect (black arrow, cold arrow). The thing is I want a nice visual effect when the attack hits, what I have tried has not worked, please help?

the attack has to be missle, just make the range a small number like 200, or 250.
Or you could change an ability like...poison sting(or any melee ability with buffs) and set the buffs and targets to something else like the ones for Cold Arrow.
