Adding Custom spells to your map?

Ok, I am quite familure with the WE by now, but I still don't understand how to add JASS/Trigger enhanced spells into my map.

Is it similar to importing models and adding a trigger, or something else?

I went to the stickies first, but skimmed them. When I went to the Spell - Tutorial FAQ I saw the words "This tutorial is for those you make spells"

And didn't bother to go on :X
