Need help with smoke

I'm making a train and I need to add smoke to that thing on the top, don't remember what it's called. I wan't to use the smoke from Seige Engine.

Smoke is just a particle emmiter. If you use 3dsmax, you should know what these are. You can also use Oinkerwinkle's particle emmiters which can be found at http://www.oinkerwinkle.com/tools/index.html .
