browsing around the internet more, i came across this. it talks about how someone bought a chinese bootleg version of starwars: episode 3. the film was then translated back into english with subtitles, but you wouldnt believe the utter destruction the english language went though here. as you can see, i decided to put my fav into my sig.
Or, well, at least those of us who watch their fansubs of anime. Sometimes the typing got so horrible that the text was simply incomprehensable. Keep in mind they are working on an umbeleivable time crunch. In order to beat the competition in the pirating market, your guy has to be one of the first in the theateres, get the recording on the internet, translate and type the script, and get it up before everyone else.
And on a side note, I'm 100% all for screwing George Locust out of any money possible... -VGsatomi
