Which programs save as .Mdx and .Mdl ???

Which programs save as .Mdx and .Mdl ???

What Programs do I need to save .Mdx Files and how do I transfer my models to that program.

what file format are they in? it really depends on what program yoru using for your models.

I am using a demo version of maya 6.0 which creates .mp files, I also have Gmax but would prefer not to use it. I think i will probably just get a full version of maya(.ma files) and use milkshape to convert to the proper formats. I couldnt find a converter to make .mp into .ma, so if you have any links that would be helpful.

i know nothing about maya, but i think you can export from milkshape to mdl. not sure tho.
