Video Game Model Making Contest

-This contest is a challenge to model makers to make models based on video game characters. Until I can think of a prize, this contest is solely for fun. I will not compete in this contest but will act as a judge. If any moderators want to judge as well, please post here.
-Deadline: Since good models take a long time to make and school's coming soon, the deadline is January 1, 2006.
-Rules: (Not many)
1. All model styles are accepted. (Geoset, poly edits, built from sractch.)
2. Please try to keep the total memory size of the model (yes, this includes skins) under 700k.
3. No models from games based on movies, books, TV shows, professional sports organizations, and toys. Examples include Goku (DBZ games), King Kong (coming soon), The Undertaker (WWE), and the Blue Eyes White Dragon (Yu-gi-oh). Exception: Unique characters that were specifically designed for the game they are in are allowed. Examples of this include HK-47 (KOTOR) and Saravok (Baldur's Gate).
4. If you already have a video game model uploaded to this site, you may not submit it for this contest. Example: Grey Archon's Mario model.
5. If you wish to submit a model, post here with a link to the model. (Similar to the submit rules for Daelin's Arcane Competition.)
6. You can submit one model per division. (See Below)
7. No Warcraft or Starcraft models. We have tons of these already since this is after all a mod site dedicated to Blizzard RTS games.
-Divisions:
1. Action: Examples include Mario, Mega Man, Sonic, Devil May Cry, Mercenaries, and God of War.
2. RPG: Examples include Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, Tales of Symphonia, Final Fantasy, Fable and Chrono Trigger.
3. First Person Shooter: Examples include Halo, Pain Killer, Doom, and Half Life.
4. Flight Similator: Examples include Crimsom Skys High Road to Revenge and Wing Commander.
5. Fighting: Examples include Street Fighter, Virtua Fighter, Tekken, Mortal Kombat, and Soul Calibur.
6. Similation: Examples include The Sims.
7. Strategy: Examples include Civilation, Rome Total War, and Alpha Centauri.
-Scoring:
1. Appearence (25 points): Basically how good does this model look? I will only judge models based on how good they look in game. Try to avoid making the model look really blocky (unless intended) and make sure the skin doesn't ruin the model.
2. Size: (15 points): Obviously, less memory is good. The true challenge is to make a model look as good as possible while keeping its size relatively low so anyone can easily use it. While there is no upper limit to memory, I will cut points if the size is above 700k (see rule 2).
3. Accuracy (40 points): How accurate is this model relative to what it's based on? This category focuses on the appearence of the model, its equipment, and the accuracy of the animations. You can attach any weapon you want, but make sure the character its based on has used such a weapon in one of their games. Examples: While giving Tails a Mega Man style arm cannon and Zero a pistol are fine, giving Talim ninja stars will lose points.
4. Finishing touches (10 points): This covers things such as unit portraits, well placed team colors (such as Master Chief's armor, Sonic's fur,and the red parts of Mario's outfit), etc.
5. Ease of importing (10 points): Make sure your instructions for complete importation of your model are accurate and simple to follow.
-If you have any questions about the contest or rules, post here and I will answer them when I have time. Good luck and most importantly, have fun. :D
