Detecting a unit damaged by wave attack?

Is it at all possible to detect if a unit takes damage from a wave attack like Shockwave?

And answer is NO, it isn't possible unless you trigger the spell yourself.

you can make a dummy unit move to the targeted location with like permenate immolation and make a trigger that that does your action when a units has the buff. >.<
