Say "Mum, Dad, I so much Want" in innocent tune and with round eyes, that twice in a day, ofcourse that is not enough, You have to act reeeeeeeeaaally Nice, and do anything they say and without doupt

go sleep too early, read more books, watch no violent movies, Paly games only two hours in day. move more often, run, play football, basketball, go to walk.
eat your food, say thanks after that and kiss/hug your mom for goodnight...

oh yah...
if you are able to waste some of your life doing that you will surely get anything you need
