unit selection via TAB

hi!
is there a way to get the unit which is currently selected in the control group below?

example:

DeathKnight/Lich/Gouls all in group1

player presses [1] (DK selected)
player presses [TAB] (Lich selected)

is there a way to get that lich? (like "sub-selected unit".. or something)
