Custom abilities, help please

Can someone tell me how to change the custom abilities, what I mean is what they do. Example the vampiric aura, I would like it to be an extremely good aura. I would like it to increase walk speed, attack speed, damage, etc.

just go to ability and add the healing to 100% and add windwalk and what ever you want
