SOme of those laws mentioned in the first post are BS. For example, police are allowed to shoot someone to prevent them from jumping off a building (in short= death: yes. Chargable with the death penatly if arrested: no)
Try not to harp on the 'ol USA....we're really not that bad once you get to know us. I know its kind of hard when we got people that thrallman here displaying stereotypical American ignorance towards everyhing and embarrassing the hell out of our name and everything we stand for...but hey...
