Help using wordpad to change some skin effects

First off, i just wanted to know how you can make the skin look transparent in-game using notepad (i don't want to use the editor and chnage transparency because there are skills that mess with that)

I also want to know how to transfer skin effects. For instanmce, making the same skin effect from the water elemental on to another random unit.


I want to know if these are possible in notepad and if so, how i can do this.

No, i think skin is a bitmap file, you can't edit it. Maybe you mean about model? Try to ask on model forum.
