Aura Problem

I have a problem to combinate 2 auras : command aura and the aura of TC ( dont know the eng name ).
I dont know how it goes.

You can either

a) use dummy units with the aura to follow the owner of the aura but make sure if the hero dies to disable the dummy, and reenable it only when the hero is back.

b) add both auras to a spellbook and disable it for all player. Then when a hero learns the aura, you just add the spellbook. This however will probably work only for the hero. or

c) trigger the aura yourself.

How can i make or get such a spellbook ??

Umm... it's the spellbook item ability. Just add both the auras to the spellbook, and then disable it for all players at map initialization (there is an action). But I repeat, this will give the aura bonus only to the caster. If that's what you want... it's the simplest way IMO.
