Ok Nantuko, the problem is not the content itself of the forum, the fact that I misunderstood that stuff or that you don't speak proper english. Hell, I'm not an english native speaker and neither are 50% or even more of this site's members.
The problem is with your attitude. First of all, you called me a smartass and you kept saying that... Why would you call me a smartass? Because I made a misunderstanding or because you have the feeling that I don't do my job? Explain why you called me a smartass, and it'd better be a good reason.
Secondly, you mocked DeadDogNoGoWoof. What was this: "explainZ tO I,what u Sais,i no nou inglish! OKEI!"? It didn't sound in a funny way. It sounded like mockery.
And as for Vexorian, you threw him that link and the following comment "is that ok?" sounded more like: "What the hell, you are the mod, why am I supposed give you links and do the job for you?". Well, maybe not exactly like this, but similar anyway.
And my purpose in life is not to warn you. Is to make you understand that you were wrong, and that you need to learn to respect our work. It's true that this whole respect stuff sounds like bullshit, but we also have our duty, and for the work we spend to maintain our sections, I think atleast we deserve a bit of respect. And now, back on topic!

If he resubmit again, just check it, is it still not worthy? if yes, delete again and warn him. 2 warn will cause a ban.

Well, there are two ways of resubmits:
The first is the resubmit in which the user leaves his older version of the spell (or the previous submittion) on the site, so practically the sepll appears twice or even more on the site. In this case you can just delete all the submissions of that spell except the newest one.
The second is the resubmit in which the user leaves only his newest version, and deletes any previous versions of the spell. In that case, you don't need to delete the spell.
In any cases, rules say that resubmissions must come with essential changes to the spell, since their latest version. Resources can always be updated, so making useless resubmittions or just to have your spell between the first spells that appear in the list is against the rules. That's how I think!
