your wasting your talent on wc3. but its still pretty awesome that youre making this mod anyways.
#6
its like 2k polys or more...very good though.

Yep all is in the texture, model is about 810 polys.
Perhaps, i waste my time.. but warcraft3 is the only way to make people can play to my story.

...and we all look forward to playing your story, abriko. That is some truly fine work. Keep it up.

810 polys? wow.

Hmmm...is that alot? Whats alot of polys? Is 100 good and 2000 bad? I dont get polys. I heard the more pioly the slower game is, it that right?

The more polys, the more laggy it is

810 seems great for something like that, considering the detail and all

yep 2000-3000, its a halflife 2 character model.. its a new game and there is not a lot of character on the screen in the same time... but if you want to play a footman with halflife2 models, warcraft3 will crash :p

Excellent!!! Everything I've seen from Acathla is more or less worthy of a retail game. The only complaint I have is that it is in french, and the translations are kind of poor. Otherwise you guys do some great work. I hope you release your models and skins to the public after you release the campaign. Good work as always.

The only problem with acathla is that it is french and the general public can only understand english. I would reconsider making everything french such as the tooltips and sound set.
