Did you even check the site's tutorials, both on the forums and by clicking on the green text above with the text "Tutorial"??? http://www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Tutorials&t=Import_Models
And next time post into the appropriate forum for the questions (model for models, skin for skins, spell for spells and so on).
