when i try it comes up saying navagation error then takes me to some other site called internet optimzer help plz

You obviously have a virus on your computer or something

I mean, the navigation error I could let slip. But Internet Optimiser? Definantly virus work there

mayby i do but when i use PC cillin 2002 it says there has been no viruses found or detected

Bad move. A single anti-virus won't pick up everything

Go and try Spybot: Search and Destroy, and Ad-Aware

Both should do great

It is a spyware that detects time outs of sites to send the user that stupid page.
