Reduce the file size.

1) stfu and relax
2) try cutting off custom content to reach magic barrier of 4 megabytes, which is equal to 4096 kilobytes and 4194304 bytes. No byte more.

And do not post in caps. It is against the rules!

First try removing all your imported music/sound files, and then check the size.

LOL CRAZY NUTTER i was staring at your avatar for 2 hours lol mind blank n e way i got rid of all soun and it =5k now.
most of my problem was somehow some things were imported that took up 5k
like me desctop theme
but still neeedd more lol
