Its like if we dont have a ticket punching system that clearly says "today this mod moved xx # of posts, deleted xx # of resourses, moved xx # of material" we dont get credit for the work we do. I'm still being called lazy regarding the skins section even though I've been moving and removing skins on a regular basis...but seems like no one notices unless I flaunt numbers around. I recognize that mods are not here to do work for credit, but when people are saying we arent doing are jobs, thats what gets me annoyed. Well if you don't constantly check the resoruce sections you wont notice that any thing has been removed/moved, so many people dosn't see what you mods does. I think that's may be the reason.
About the power of you super mods I though that you hade the power of all sections, I think you should have.

Agreed 100%. If you people are SO worried because the moderators don't do a sh!t why don't you do something yourself? Oh i forgot; you can't lol. The moderators know well what they do. Stop sucking up to your own bullshit and thinking that people actually want to download crappy files. This sites full of shit except an exceptional few files out there. Please show me a map that has really used any of these files besides like the top 20 files in each category. There isnt because no one would actually use them. Go ahead whine about me being stupid and not know what im doing. Just watch this site fill up with more crap then later slow down as hell, take too much space, lose bandwidth and darky stop paying for it. After that what you gona do? And umm, about the spells section, I actually have the feeling that there are still a lot of useless spells. It's just that I didn't have the time and patience to look careful at all the past spells, because when I already became a mod, there were so many. But well, it's time to do it.
And it's not that people can't help. Actually they can, by reporting anything that breaks the rules, so that includes both resources and users. It's just that some people recently have started to consider that you can be useful to the site only if you are a mod. It's not true. If all the members of the site would be the mods and nobody else, then there would be no reason for this site to remain. Every site is made out of all its members. Moderators are needed to take care of it, keep in clean, and assure that there's nothing wrong with it.

EDIT: Btw i'm happy that the icon section is being cleared. At least Juice deleted 2 of my icons. So i guess he's making a purge there.
