this guy said to use wc3 skin editer as a skiner but not were to find it, ... ugh well if you know were to find this skin editor, can you tell me? am trying to get started on this so if you have any tips or any thing can you tell me ???
U dont really need that whatever called skinner, all u need is wc3image extractor from this site and have a adobe photoshop. After blp files are changed to tga by the extractor, edit it with photoshop. It is best to recolor using hue/saturation for beginners. hope that helps.
