My wc3 viewer can not properly convert Tga files to blp files anymore. The files are just like blank when converted. I tried deleteing and redling the program but it still doesnt seem to work. It can view blp files with no pproblems but the conversions get screwed up. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

the imges must be of siez of 256 512 1024 squared. or something like that, i think. also use tga 32 bit and make sure u have not of the wc3viewer file mixed around or have other wc3 stuff open. I hope i didnt get the size thing wrong.
